Question... why you decided to talk about The Pamir Highway in the contrary way you drove it? Or did I get it wrong? I guess you jumped to Afghanistan after the Pamir, right? Just curious :)
We actually didn’t go to Afghanistan after the Pamir :) we took another tour of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan ha! And only then did we go south to Afghanistan. So the order it right :) the itinerary can be confusing, especially for those at home
Our mountain guide friend hast been trying for years to convince us to organize a ski mountaineering expedition to climb Muztagh Ata :D but i think your picture is the closest i will get to it. Amazing landscapes though!
